Barretta #1

There’s no chance you won’t love it!

Easy, quick and smart recipe.

Ingredients for 8 people

Dark chocolate 50 g (from 70% cocoa)
Raisins 3 handfull
Earl Grey Tea 1 bag
100% apple or 100% raisin juice 100 g
Coconut oil 1 teaspoon
Small puffed cereal (such as quinoa, millet, amaranth…) 10 g
Walnuts 6 halves

Bring to boil the juice, turn off the heat and drop the tea bag. After a few minutes add all the raisins and let them soak for 10 minutes.

Chop by hand (a food processor would be better) the dark chocolate and walnuts. Squeeze the juice-tea from the raisins and add them to chocolate when still nice and warm. Chop for a few seconds and add coconut oil.
Pull out blades, add puffed cereal and mix by hand wit a spoon.
Pour all the mixture on a greaseproof paper and shape to form a regular square. It would be easy to use a patisserie shape.

Keep in fridge for 10 minutes before to cut it in pieces. Store in fridge for a refreshing twist.

Biscotto salato
Semplici, scones.
